Delivery
We Ship globally.
For International deliveries we use DHL Express as we think they provide the best customer service globally and quickest delivery times. Most international orders are delivered within 5 days of purchase.
The cost of your shipping will depend on your location and what you order, and will be calculated as part of the check-out process. Same-day dispatch will be dependent on the size of your order and customs requirements for your country.
Import Duties and taxes are able to be paid as part of the checkout process to avoid any surprises.
We encourage you to provide your mobile number when you check out, so you can receive notifications from DHL and make changes to your delivery, your number will not be used for anything else.
Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Returns are free if the order total is over £75.
Equipment should be new and unused, with all original packaging and/or labelling still attached to the product. Items that don't have the label attached will incur a 10% reconditioning charge, which we will notify you of after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact, we will return the items to you.
All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Good quality product. Easy to fit two paddles
As I said in the title the quality is exactly the same spec as the three-piece bag. It enables you to leave your paddle fully assembled at the length you like and the bag is adjustable by folding over the end and there’s a strap that secures the end to make sure your paddle doesn’t move in the bag so it’s nice and tight and won’t get damaged
The quality is Exceptional I already have two of the smaller bags for my two main paddles I need a long bag so that I can store the paddle I will order next week. Every item that I have had from red been really good quality I can’t fault it
