For any orders over £50 in value, you'll receive free next-working-day delivery.

If you place your order before 2pm Monday–Thursday, you can expect to receive your parcel the next day (excluding remote areas). Orders placed before 2 p.m. Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday (assuming no bank holidays or remote areas).

Hassle Free Returns & Exchanges

Returns are free if the order total is over £75.

Exchanges can be processed through our returns portal with the exchanged product shipped when the original item is received back to us.

Equipment should be new and unused, with all original packaging and/or labelling still attached to the product. Items that don't have the label attached will incur a 10% reconditioning charge, which we will notify you of after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact, we will return the items to you.

All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

Take your chilled supplies absolutely anywhere with our second generation 18L Waterproof Soft Cooler Bag. Insulated in ultra-efficient closed cell foam, this cooler can keep ice frozen for days.

Built tough and versatile, developed in our upgraded, durable recycled waterproof fabric that withstands tears, punctures and abrasions – it’s even mould and oil-resistant.

Coated in BPA-free TPU, our Soft Cooler Bag’s food safe and easy to wash out. 100% leak-proof too, with an airtight waterproof zip ensuring nothing gets in or out.

Sustainability.

At Red, sustainability isn’t just marketing hype – it’s at the core of what we do. As a certified B Corp (www.bcorporation.net) we champion high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.

To reduce waste, we build our Waterproof Soft Cooler Bags to last. Our reinforced recycled nylon, Armour Tech is made from recycled post-consumer plastic, such as PET drinks bottles, with a hardwearing, eco-friendly TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) coating. Unlike PVC, its production is non-toxic, it’s biodegradable and recyclable.

Care.

Wipe clean or rinse in cool to warm soapy water.
We advise frequent lubrication of your waterproof zips to keep them in top condition and operating smoothly. First ensure your zip is clean and free of debris, then apply lubricant to the slider and dock at the open end of the zip.
Waterproof zips may initially be stiff; applying lubricant will help ease this over time.

Airtight and watertight IPX7 diving spec zip stays dry when submerged at 1m depth for 30 minutes. So contents can’t leak, water and dirt won’t get in.

Tough yet supple, this hardwearing TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) material is designed for long-lasting use – with better resistance to abrasion, tearing, and punctures, making it ideal for products that undergo heavy use or require extra long-term reliability.

Thermal Lock Insulation.

Our Waterproof cool bags take on the move picnics and alfresco drinks to the next level. Whether you’re a paddle boarder, sailor or just straight-up beach lover nothing beats an ice-cold beer or chilled snacks whilst pursuing your favourite pastime.

Our Thermal - Lock Insulation is a special type of thick closed cell non-absorbent insulation, which will keep contents properly hot or cold. Combined with pre-chilled drinks and a 2:1 ice ration will see your drinks stay cold for up to 72hours.
