Delivery
We Ship globally.
For International deliveries we use DHL Express as we think they provide the best customer service globally and quickest delivery times. Most international orders are delivered within 5 days of purchase.
The cost of your shipping will depend on your location and what you order, and will be calculated as part of the check-out process. Same-day dispatch will be dependent on the size of your order and customs requirements for your country.
Import Duties and taxes are able to be paid as part of the checkout process to avoid any surprises.
We encourage you to provide your mobile number when you check out, so you can receive notifications from DHL and make changes to your delivery, your number will not be used for anything else.
Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of placing your order. Returns are free if the order total is over £75.
Equipment should be new and unused, with all original packaging and/or labelling still attached to the product. Items that don't have the label attached will incur a 10% reconditioning charge, which we will notify you of after inspection of your return. If we do not hear back from you within 4 days of contact, we will return the items to you.
All items are inspected before a refund is processed. Items deemed to be in poor condition will be returned to you. If any item returned breaches any of the terms outlined in this policy, we reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition it was received in.

So impressive in terms of quality and fit and surpassed my expectations in these areas. Very warm and cosy and im sure will be perfect for the coldest days. Only minor criticism is i wish the hood was oversized too as its a bit small even for a normal hood.

I bought this to keep me warm and dry and also bags of kit that I need to carry about for football purposes. Everything stays dry and during 2 hours on the terraces at a match yesterday (2 degrees plus wind chill) the only cold parts of were outside the Robe! Pockets are deep and warm with the internal pouch great for carrying a warming flask.
Terrific investment.
