No reason required
You don't have to explain why you're cancelling. Changed your mind? That's enough. Must be in unused condition with original tags still attached.
No penalty
We cannot charge you a fee for exercising your statutory right to cancel.
Full refund
You're entitled to a full refund of the purchase price, excluding delivery charges.
14 calendar days
Your window begins the day after delivery. Weekends and bank holidays all count.
Return postage
Unless the item is faulty, a fee of £20 for the shipping return will be deducted from your refund. We'll confirm this when you raise a return.
Refund timing
We issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned item, back to your original payment method.
How the timeline works
Order arrives
Your 14-day cancellation window begins the day after delivery is confirmed.
Tell us you're cancelling
You must inform us by the end of day 14. An email or a form submission is enough.
Send the item back
Once you've notified us, you have a further 14 days to physically return the goods.
We process your refund
We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.
When the right to cancel may not apply
Some products are excluded from the statutory right to cancel. If you're unsure, contact us before returning.
- — Personalised or custom-made items created specifically for you
- — Sealed goods not suitable for return once opened (e.g. hygiene products, software)
- — Perishable items such as food or fresh flowers
- — Digital content where download or streaming has already begun with your consent
- — Goods inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
Statutory rights
Your statutory rights are protected under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (UK) and EU Directive 2011/83/EU as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673. Nothing on this page limits those rights. For financial services products purchased at a distance, additional protections may apply. This page does not constitute legal advice.
