Waterproof Roll-Top Closure 01

Roll-top closure with side-release buckles. Reliably waterproof - just roll four times, as illustrated, then clip securely for a fully watertight seal.

External and Internal Pockets 02

Dry external stash pockets with colour-coded closures: black tag on fully waterproof IPX5 zipper / blue tag on water-resistant IPX2 zipper. An additional hidden internal zipped pocket for valuables.

Bungee Cords 03

Elasticated bungee cargo system for carrying extra kit – ideal for walking / trekking poles or ski poles. Fully adjustable and easily tightened with sprung toggle-stoppers.

Abrasion-resistant reinforced base. Constructed in high-grade, extra-tough material to withstand rough and abrasive surfaces such as rocks, sand, pebbles and various other outdoor environments.

Cooling Foam Shoulder Straps 08

Enhanced cooling foam shoulder straps with improved padding, plus more robust and comfortable ergonomic contouring with the addition of light reflecting detailing, front and back, for improved visibility.

It's been a great back pack for 2 years.

I wore this bag while backpacking over seas for 2 months when I first got it. And as a daily carry for the next couple years and it was solid the whole time. Except.. the chest buckle broke within the first 6 weeks (I'm 5'9 135 lbs, not a big person) and the whole zipper flap on the front pocket came unglued after about 28 months. I found it to be comfortable and the back breathes well with the pads allowing airflow. The shoulder straps breathe well and were comfortable to me but its a kind of fish net material that, while pretty soft, might not be as comfortable as smooth material on the skin but definitely breathes better. The side pocket are designed really well as far as the openings having strong elastic and a good balance of small enough to not let things fall out of the pocket if the backpack is on its side but also large enough to accommodate a decent size water bottle. I immediately took out the divider/laptop protector insert because I just found it not as practical as puting my laptop in its own padded sleeve and taking that in and out of the pack. But I already had the padded case so if you dont have one already the insert does work it also conceals the zipper to the inner pocket which is good to put extra cash or important docs in. Pics are of the zipper on the outside that came off and of the bottom of the bag. While, the bottom of the bag looks scuffed, that was after two years of almost daily use and the pack is still waterproof. This was the older model so,…
